Delivery is by a two-person crew on a tail-lift vehicle, kerbside as standard. Standard lead time is 5 working days after your order is ready, for in stock items. Prices include VAT, import duty, and delivery.

Assembly is not included unless quoted separately, in writing. Many owners assemble their sauna with the step-by-step instructions, and we may recommend an assembly partner; that work is agreed between you and them.
